Games for Sale!

If you were having trouble buying games before, never fear, we have fixed the shopping cart issue! With our trusty QA team, and our wonderful programmers, we were able to stomp out the nasty bug that was causing a few of our customers trouble when trying to buy games. We published the fix last night, so all games should now be easily bought!

If you happen to still have items in your shopping cart, please be sure remove them. Once you clear out your shopping cart you can then go back and start buying games normally!

We want to thank everyone for their patience on this issue. Our team is still diligently working on solving a few other issues that are not related to the shopping cart for you. However, we are happy that people will now be able to buy and play any game they desire again!

If you do run into any further trouble purchasing a game, please go to our support page and submit a ticket. We will be more than happy to help you!

    YIPPEE!!!!! and everything else MaryBeth said, I have been waiting patienty for almost 2 weeks I was finally able to purchase Jewel Quest Solitaire III as well, the only problem and I did submit a ticket was I reactivated my membership and had already met the 12000 icoins commitment and was told I would not have to do that again yet when I finished purchasing my game I was told my commitment is 11000 icoins, will wait patiently for that solution. BUT THANKS AGAIN FOR FIXING THE PURCHASING BUG YA’LL ROCK

    I think theres another bug lol. I tried to activate a game I purchased and was led to the confirmation page where I was charged a second time for the same game. Updated support ticket just trying to let everyone know possible troubles.

    Well, I am glad that we are able to purchase games and thank the team for that fix, however, about an hour ago I started getting the “play longer to win opals”. I have never had any problem getting opals, unlike alot of other people and now I can’t win opals :( I hope what fix you find for this problem will be soon and I hope it helps me, too. Thanks for the help.

    I was thinking…with all the negativity going on…why don’t you do something to change that…maybe for the people lthat buy game…have “raffle” or “drawing” give away 5000 opals every month….or give away 1000 opals weekly…At least, that people that buy games, would have an incentive to shoot for….just saying….Maybe it would help soothe things at hotel Iwin…

    I understand about the bugs that have occurred. The latest for me is that my Game Review tab does not work. I click on it and nothing happens. It just highlights the tab but does not come up with the page. I have to click back on game details to get back to business. This is very irritating and am wondering if anybody else is having this problem.

    I think mini contests every week or so is a great idea. Pogo has something similar, buying prize drawing tickets with earned tokens. But the winning of opals in a contest format is a great idea! Or winning a free game, or getting a game for 1/2 price, anything to keep one’s irritation with bugs at bay.

    Good Monday Morning Anne. I have a completely different problem today. I really need some answers on security. Is there a way to get help while talking to someone that, could be, a predator? I was in my room very late talking to someone that could be. He was following a lady friend of mind that is an “exceptional” female. She is a very warm & thoughtful person & is very scared. He was writing on my wall that he knew she was there & that she should talk to him. She ran. I tried getting in touch but she would not answer. She is ok this morning. Anne what can we do in this situation, while the guy is there. I have to tell you, I was scared. I know we have the block. But this guy was reading every message that came in. He told me he works for IWIN & to erase those messages. I told him I didn’t bargain & what I thought of him but he wouldn’t go away. I stayed to get more info because there ARE so MANY kids here. Anne PLESE HELP ME NOW! .. Thanks

    Hello Anne.. I’m the easter bunny’s secretary.. he is not as computer or spelling savvy as I so I will be writing this letter for him. He would like to thank you for putting up with him thus far.

    I’d like to thank you for your patience and hard work for working with the thousands of people on this site.

    I now have all the games I purchased before we had to do the reboot so thank you for solving those problems. I’m still seeing a few problems though

    1. How come you can change your clothes and shoes on every floor but you CAN’T change your glasses or your hat. When I’m the artist I wish to wear the artist hat.. When I’m in the garden I wish to wear the cowboy hat.. When I’m in the dining room I wish to wear the top hat

    I also see a problem with knowing when and how old a message on my wall is without knowing the real time in the game. Game clock should be somewhere on homepage near wall to view when people in other countries write a message.

    2. ‘O’ digging is still not consistent. I’m assuming your still working on that one.

    3. I wish to recomment on cyber bunnies on pets. If they are not as cheap as flamingos.. this would all be a waste of time. Children should not have to play for two or three days to buy one bunny as a pet. Hopefully they will be in different colors as well. I’m just a good old bunny wishing to bring happiness to all the children of the world because that is what God tells me to do.

    The Easter bunny commented as well that this secretary types faster than he can think. Your lucky to have a letter that is spelled correctly.

    I’m looking forward to spreading the word or the truth to all those that will hear. I appreciate the oppurtunity to do so through your game.

    Sincerley yours thank you thank you hopefully I don’t have to come to this page much. Not that I wish to lay off my secretary because she’s good I just don’t wish her to have to write a novel every time.

    I have the ability to ask others to make you so busy you don’t know what to do. I hope this letter will be read and taken into consideration of all the suggestions I have. The Easter Bunny has the ear of the whole world.

    As being the secretary for the easter bunny I highly agree with everything that has been stated here today and hope as well that everything will be taken into consideration as all suggestions are true and real.

    I have some games that I purchased and I can not get them to start. I don’t get an error message, but they still don’t start when I click on the play now button. some of my games don’t show the picture next to the name. Any ideas on how I can get the games to work? I’ve tried everything I could think of.

    New problem…I submitted a ticket for it…but wonder if I am the only one getting this….a BLANK part of the screen…where it usually gives you the sum of opals you won..or it tells you play longer to win opals….I took a screen shot of it…I LOST out on 2 hrs worth of opals…it did NOT add them to my account…I played a new game…Sea Journey…Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr…..frustrating…now I have two screens that stiff me out of opals…I got this screen 3 times today..each one I got one..it was a different game than before…so it is NOT one game that is happens with…

    Just wanted you to know…thanks

    Judith Ann, I’m not glad you are having problems but I am glad to know it’s not only me because now I know when I get the blank white screen it is iWin’s problem. I get the exact same thing as you after playing a game but I think I am still getting opals. I also get the dreaded blank white screen when I click to play any free or demo game.

    Good Morning…

    I just had a question…today’s game…Little SHop memeories…cannot be the new cutting edge game from Finland/Iceland?? I have already downloaded and played this game a few months ago…Most other sites have this one out already…I am excited to the the NEW game from Iceland/Finland…wherever..multiplayer with top notch graphics…Yessssss!!!.I am MORE than ready for a brand new game…

    Just a (continued) update on my problems with iWin… I am still not allowed to purchase anything from inside my Game Manager. If I click the “Buy Now” link, either nothing happens or I get the alert box that says I am now leaving a secure internet connection and I click okay and then nothing else happens.

    I am still not allowed to buy any games.

    Also, as an iCoins subscriber, I downloaded the supposedly free and unlimited Stand o Food 2 as our free game and it is only a 60 minute trial. Isn’t that somewhat dishonest, to promote subscribing to iCoins by offering free unlimited games only to have them be one hour demos?

    I also would appreciate someone viewing my support ticket (#5400-8285504) because it’s been days and there has been no response to what I’ve posted. Thank you.

    Papabunny, Right now your hat and glasses, as well as your hair affects your avatars face. The avatar’s face is the one you see when you post to other peoples message boards. So for the moment your avatar’s face has to remain the same.
    We do plan to change this in the future, but it will require an engineering work around. So unfortunately, it is not going to be anytime soon. But, we have this planned for the future! And I absolutely agree, I’d love to be able to wear a different hat on each floor!

    I REALLY ENJOY IWIN HIDDEN OBJECT GAMES, ALTHOUGHT I HAVE PLAYED MOST OF THE FREE GAMES, WILL YOU POST MORE FREE HIDDEN GAMES ON IWIN SOON, AT THIS TIME I AM NOT ABLE TO JOIN THE IWIN CLUB, BECAUSE OF BUDGET MATTERS. BUT I DO TAKING THE TIME FROM WORK TO PLAY EVERY NOW AND THEN. THANKS I LOVE IWIN GAMES AND LOOK FORWARD TO NEW GAMES SOON.

    I tried to download the Riddle of the Spinx and I don’t know what happened but when I finally re-did the whole thing it said my hour was expired and I never got to try it out. I sent a ticket but nothing yet…anyone else. Is it worth trying out???

    Papa Bunny, Which wall are you talking about? The featured rooms wall? Or your message board? If you are talking about the featured rooms wall I’ve begun investigating this. QA is currently helping me test a few things, so we can find why some people are not showing up.

    Ann, I’m back and this time with some happy news! I figured out the answer to my problems with not being able to see and play the free and demo games and the blank white screen problem after playing a game.

    I think my solution might apply to other members so I’m posting it here and if you all want to post an announcement about it, please help other members. That would be great.

    I never thought the problem was my internet security because I shut the whole thing off and still had problems with iWin blank white pages and free/demo games not working.

    I didn’t realize the internet security settings were still “on” even if I’d shut down active protection.

    One of the settings is to block all banner ads. I do that for two reasons: One, they are annoying – and for that reason I boycott all products I see on banner ads. Two, banner ads can plant viruses and trojans on your computer or run malicious scripts.

    I never knew until I went looking for it, that my internet security allowed me to make a “white list” of servers (websites) whose banner ads I would accept.

    It seems all of iWin, its main webpage, the Game Manager et al are a series of big fat banner ads themselves, not to mention the banner ad pages inserted into the free games.

    When I specifically added “iWin.com” to the “white list,” almost all of my problems with iWin disappeared.

    Free and demo games now play and are no longer acting like dead links in the drop-down My Games list in the Game Manager. The “Buy It” link and other links should probably also work although I haven’t yet tested them.

    I now get the after-game-play page that says how many opals I’ve earned instead of the dreaded blank white screen.

    iWin still has some major problems to work out such as why the “free and unlimited play” games offered to iCoins subscribers are only one-hour demos. That’s what happened with “Stand O Food 2.” It should be a “free play” game but it’s just another demo limited to one hour. I think that’s dishonest because iWin entices people to buy into iCoins with the promise of those free games and then to yank them back is just not cool. I suspect it is yet another technical issue and iWin maybe isn’t being deliberately dishonest, but it is dishonest. Can this problem be fixed?

    How in the He– do I get IWIN to stop billing to my credit card. I have paid to end the membership but they keep charging. Enough already. I have removed all iwin from my computer, will that do it. I have no way of contacting anyone at iwin. HELP
